Check your UV Light Power.Cure longer if you are using low wattage nail lamp. Also, applying thin layers will usually solve this problem. To apply follow the following steps: Buff the nail plate and give it a texture. Trim and file nails surface, then clean and dry them completely. Apply thin layer of base coat and let it cure for 60s. Apply 2 thin layers of color gel and cure each for 60s. Finally seal the gel with top coat and cure under UV light for 60s.
